Mind Your Active Roster

If you want to achieve high success in life, you have to swap out some of the people in your life. It's no different than professional sports teams that have to make difficult trades sometimes to make room for different players that will help the team get to the next level. 

You can't keep everybody on your active roster forever. You gotta swap out some really good people for some really great people or even just some other really good people who can help you go where your existing really good people can't. 

So study your active roster like your life depends on it (because it does) and make the necessary trades. You can still cheer people on from a distance. But your finite time and energy have to be spent with the players that will help you win your championship, however you define that.
